Cancellation Policy
~WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES.~
~Once you have submitted your appointment request I will contact you for a consultation to ensure the correct appointment was booked with the correct time slots. When the appointment is approved you will receive a confirmation text message for the appointment.~
~All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment. The system will send you a link through text to be able to pay your deposit.~
~Cancelation must be done 48hrs in advanced in order to not be charged 40% of the service total.~
~Rescheduling must be done 48hrs in advance in order for NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be transferred over. The original appointment could only be rescheduled THREE times in order for the deposit to be transferred over. After the third reschedule you will have to pay another deposit to secure your appointment.~
~Any SAME DAY CANCELATIONS/ NO SHOW will be charged 40% of the service total and will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit must be sent to schedule a new appointment.~
~I do give a 15 minute grace period. If you will be later than the 15 minutes please let me know. If I am able to still receive you after the grace period there will be a late fee charge and a possibility that you may need to wait.~
~All fee will be charged to the card on file. If for any reason the charge does not go through all fees must be paid before being able to reschedule.~
